Custom Furniture

We make custom furniture from the variety of woods we stock. Our most popular pieces are claro walnut table tops. We make two piece bookmatched table tops, one piece slab table tops, coffee tables, and end tables. We also make custom bar tops, counter tops, fireplace mantles, and headboards. We have a few finished table tops including a set of beautiful computer desk tops, but most of our projects are custom commissions beginning with hand selecting slabs for something truly one of a kind. We mill logs to a variety of sizes perfect for any project. We also have some smaller slabs great for jewelry boxes, clocks, flag cases, or any small project you may have.

Stages of development: We sell slabs depending on your needs in these three stages of development. the slabs shown below provide an example of what each stage looks like. please note that these are all the same table top.
This slab is well seasoned and dry. It is in the beginning stages of woodworking having not been shaped or sanded yet. These slabs offer the best bargain if you plan on doing your own woodworking.	At this stage the table has been shaped and sanded but no finish has been applied. This provides the woodworker with the ability to finish work faster at a reasonable price	At this final stage the slab top has been shaped, sanded, and finished. all this slab needs is legs! We do provide wood for legs as well, if needed. While the finished product will cost more, the finished product at this point requires far less time, work, or materials.
